principle The double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-cone rotary tank. Under a vacuum state, the tank is heated by passing steam or hot water into the jacket, and heat is brought into contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The moisture vapor evaporated after the wet material absorbs heat is pumped through a vacuum pump via a vacuum pump. Because the inside of the tank is in a vacuum state, and the rotation of the tank makes the material continuously move up and down and inside and outside, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the purpose of uniform drying is achieved.

When the oil is heated, the automatic temperature control can be used to dry the biochemical products and mineral raw materials. The temperature is between 20~200°C and the temperature difference is within ±2°C.
