·Automobile design pressures increase environmental protection into the number one problem

According to the European version of "Automotive News" reported on June 6, European CO2 emission standards are becoming more and more strict, which has become a headache for auto designers.

“In the past 5 to 10 years, our car designers have encountered many difficulties,” Opel Vauxhall Design Director Mark Adams pointed out at the European Automotive News Annual Conference in Brussels, “This includes improving aerodynamics. Learning to reduce the weight of the car body and make the vehicle meet the increasingly stringent emission standards of the EU. Not only that, but also to meet the strict standards of pedestrian protection in the EU is also a great challenge."

However, the increasingly strict standards did not make Adams frustrated. Instead, he asked his team members to learn more about Formula One racing examples. In racing, in order to reduce the speed of the car, the rules will always change. But savvy engineers are always able to find ways to improve the car, so that the car continues to return to or even exceed the original speed. Adams wants his team to be equally optimistic and positive in the face of changing regulations.

He also used the Monza concept car as an example to illustrate that Opel hopes to use innovative thinking to achieve those strict standards without losing the aesthetic sense of design. “The Monza concept car is currently ahead of the world's cars for six or seven years. The first Monza model cars will meet the public within a few years,” Aadams said. “I will do my best to make Monza mass-produced.”

Opel CEO Karl-Thomas Neumann told Automotive News earlier this week that Opel plans to become Europe's second-largest automaker by 2022. The first is the Volkswagen Group, and the second is the French Peugeot Citroen. In order to reach the goal of Europe's second-largest automaker, Opel will release 27 new and improved models and 17 new and improved engines during the four years from 2014 to 2018.

Adams said that Opel's existing three models represent Opel's three brand concepts: the mid-size car Insignia stands for "quality"; the three-door compact Astra GTC sedan stands for "sports sense"; the mini-car Adam represents "personality." Each of Opel's models has these three characteristics.

“Opel's design philosophy has been extended to other GM brands, especially Buick. Buick already has many products that are closely related to Opel in terms of mechanical devices,” Adams said. “We have integrated the “sports sense” design concept. Buick, it turns out that the effect is very good."

Ni Kaiming said that in the near future, Opel and Buick will work more closely together to jointly undertake research and development costs.

Aamds said that the promotion of precision, reliability and quality, the design concept will become the key to Opel's profitability before 2016, and will become an important part of German values.

“Inspiring designs require driving innovations that require practical innovation. These are what consumers value,” Adams said.

The js series twin-shaft forced mixer equipped with this product is equipped with Zeyu multi-axis sealing technology and has stable performance. The stirring blade drives the stirring blade to force the stirring of the material in the tank body, the stirring effect is very strong, and the stirring quality is good.
