Beijing Zhongli Machine Chemical Fiber Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. successfully developed a new type of polypropylene FDY spinning combined machine, and recently successfully launched in an economic industrial zone in Guangdong.
The machine can spin six (900d) silk cakes under the condition of spinning speed of 2000m/s, once again breaking through the technical level of the previous four and six (500d) cakes of Zhongli Machine Company, and succeeded. The simplified process route of "feeding roller plus secondary heat roller drafting" is realized, which greatly reduces the production and use cost of the user. The successful driving of this equipment has provided a useful attempt to realize the multi-heading of industrial silk equipment of Zhongli Machinery Co., Ltd. It is reported that the spinning products produced by the new polypropylene FDY spinning combined machine have been applied to the Guangdong Nike shoe production line.
