Kobo (an e-book brand) has finally launched an e-reading application platform for tablet PCs, notebook PCs, and desktops running the Windows 8 operating system. Windows users can now use the new Kobo e-reading system, a free new application for Windows 8 tablets, laptops and laptops. The app includes Kobo e-book store and a built-in e-reader compatible with EPUB, MOBI, PDF and comic book file types.
Like Android and iOS apps, Windows 8 apps will also sync to other logged Kobo apps and devices so that each time you read a book, you can pick up your other device to leave and move around. The application does not seem to include Kobo's reading life feature that allows readers to share books and articles via social media, but it allows users to add a tag to their favorite book on the home screen.
