During the use of the crusher, long-term operation will accelerate the aging of the rubber seal ring and further reduce the quality of the lubricant. Therefore, we need to ensure that there is enough cooling water in the crusher. In addition, we can also make two small holes in the shroud of the crusher drum, so that the cooling water in the crusher can be sprayed onto the drum through the two holes on the drum guard, so that it can play a good dust removal function and avoid dust. Enter the drum of the crusher to avoid damage to the floating seal.

3. Management and maintenance of the shearer crusher. Strengthening the management and maintenance of the crusher is also an important measure to solve the damage of the floating seal. For example, if the shearer is deactivated for a long time, when it starts again, we need to first rotate the drum of the crusher, and then start after the parts of the crusher are well lubricated. In addition, in the daily work of the crusher, we must strengthen the management of the lubricating oil, regularly check the quality of the lubricating oil, and once the problem is found, it should be processed and replaced in time to ensure the safety of the floating seal.
