Wide and shallow ship energy saving technology is more abundant

Recently, the Ministry of Transport's construction of science and technology project “Industrial wide and shallow ship energy saving and emission reduction practical technology application research” passed the acceptance test. The project carried out systematic research on a large number of wide and shallow ships on the Yangtze River, and proposed a series of energy saving and emission reduction. Improving technology will help promote energy conservation and emission reduction for inland navigation.

The project is jointly undertaken by the Water Transport Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, the Yangtze River Shipping Science Research Institute and Wuhan University of Technology. Limited to the navigation conditions, China's large-scale ships are characterized by wide and shallow characteristics. The project proposes the technical path selection for energy conservation and emission reduction of domestic river transport vessels, which indicates the direction for the in-depth study of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies; Inland river wide and shallow ship type line design method, developed a practical and energy-saving ship simple device, and verified that the comprehensive energy-saving effect reached more than 5%; established relationship with water flow speed, ship speed, host power and fuel consumption The dynamic control model of the ship's main engine with the parameters and other parameters was developed. The dynamic control software of the ship's main engine was developed. The feasibility of the dynamic control of the ship's main engine was verified by simulation test and real ship test.
