After 7 months of intense construction, at 3:58 pm on July 28, the hot-rolled large cross-cutting unit of Baosteel Stainless Steel Processing and Distribution Center in Baopu, Yueshan successfully cut the hot-rolled stainless steel coil with a width of 1,650 mm into one piece. The 2 m long steel plate marks the project entering the heat load test phase.
In the next few years, the production capacity of stainless steel production bases such as Baosteel Stainless Steel Branch, Ningbo Baoxin and Shanghai Krupp will reach 2 million tons.
