Common fault and troubleshooting
1. Screw sucking or locking screws. 1. check screw supplier whether or not to send screws, hand take the screw to see if normal work 2. check whether vacuum is weakened, open the X shaft back cover sheet metal, remove the vacuum generator to remove the 3. check screw suction position whether or not, enter system parameter 2 to reset the suction position 4. to observe the screw inductor light light. If a screw is not bright, it indicates an abnormal induction.
Two, screw locking strip products. Check whether the torque of the electric batches is suitable for the current torque range of the locking screws, and re test the torque with the torque meter.
Three. Whether the locking height in the step setting can reach the actual locking position of the screw and whether the lock speed parameter setting is correct.
Four, lock screw position offset. Check the accuracy of each coordinate point in the program, select the coordinate correction function, and recalibrate the coordinates.
Five, equipment crash 1. check whether the program parameters are set correctly, confirm the error after restart the device 2. check whether the power is abnormal.
