The product adopts the latest roller pressure control technology to directly press powdered materials into pellets, saving intermediates and additives, reducing process equipment and process flow, and the pressed pellets are of good quality, high purity, stability and disintegration. The process flow of the product is as follows: the powder material is mixed by ingredients, and is added into the silo from the top feeding port, and then the mixed powder material is conveyed by the conveying mechanism to the extrusion device, and the material is pressed into two high pressure extrusion wheels. The high-density flake is then made into a desired size particle through a two-stage whole-grain system to complete the granulation process.
The two patents obtained this time are the feeding device and the squeezing device in the dry granulator. These two devices are the key devices in the process flow. The feeding device is located in the upper part of the granulator, which is related to the speed and quality of granulation. Too much feed and too little feed can not guarantee the smooth progress of granulation. The device adopts a special structure to ensure effective feeding, quantitative feeding, feeding according to the moisture content of the material and granulation speed, using frequency conversion stepless speed control and automatic operation. The squeezing device is located in the middle of the granulator and consists of two high-pressure extrusion wheels. The material is pressed into high-density sheets through the two squeezing rollers. The whole sizing machine is then used to trim the sizing machine into uniform granules. The roller pressure can be selected. According to different material adjustments, the set-up system and the air-cooling system allow the material density to be uniform and the roll temperature to be adjusted automatically to ensure proper sheet density and normal roll temperature, thereby efficiently producing high-quality particles.
