In particular, the enhanced heating of the dryer heating furnace maintains a balanced heat balance and can be improved from the following aspects:

(1) To increase the area of ​​the inner wall of the furnace to increase the heat exchange area without increasing the space in the furnace chamber, such as using a corrugated furnace roof.

(2) Reasonable furnace space. For furnaces with thin layers (single pieces) of fabric, the furnace should be flat. Place heating elements at the top of the furnace and at the bottom of the furnace floor to achieve even heating on both sides.

(3) The inner wall of the lining is coated with high emissivity paint.

(4) Fans are installed in the furnace to enhance the convective heat transfer of the furnace gas.

(5) The use of a circular furnace instead of a box-shaped furnace can enhance the uniform heat transfer effect of the furnace to the workpiece and reduce the heat dissipation of the furnace wall.

The constant temperature control of the furnace temperature can completely dry the materials after the dryer to reach the final moisture requirements.
