Qingdao Guolin Industrial Co., Ltd. as the subject undertaker, started the research and development of large-scale ozone equipment in 2010. With the support of the national major scientific and technological projects and the Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Development Plan, it has broken through the high-efficiency ozone generating unit technology and possessed good Large-scale ozone generation chamber technology with heat dissipation performance, 1200kW capacitive load ozone generator special high-power medium frequency inverter power supply technology, large-scale ozone generator power supply control and monitoring technology, and other six key technologies, and apply for 2 national invention patents, practical 2 new patents. After two months of stable operation in the factory, the National Electronic and Electrical Safety Quality Supervision and Inspection Center detected that its ozone concentration, ozone production, ozone power consumption and other indicators have reached the international advanced level.

The development of this project marks China's own R&D and manufacturing technology of a large-scale ozone generator with an independent intellectual property of 120kg/h, and has become one of the only three countries in the world with only this manufacturing technology. The successful development and application of the project will effectively promote the improvement of the production level and application level of ozone equipment in China, promote the construction of ecological civilization in China and the quality of life of the people, and at the same time greatly increase the confidence of China's municipal water supply and environmental protection fields in domestically produced large-scale ozone equipment. .
