3. Check the timing of the valve timing After the valve valve clearance is adjusted, the timing of the valve timing can be checked. If there is excessive wear and does not meet the requirements due to long use, the valve clearance can be adjusted to make a slight compensation. Reducing the valve clearance can cause the valve to open early and delay closing; increasing the valve clearance is the opposite. However, after the compensation adjustment, the valve clearance should still be within the specified range.
4. Adjustment of oil pressure After starting the diesel engine, when the rotation speed is around 600r/min, the oil pressure should not be lower than 49kPa. When the rotation speed is calibrated, the diesel engine oil pressure is 245-392kPa. If the diesel engine oil pressure is inconsistent with the above regulations, it should be Make timely adjustments.
When adjusting, unscrew the oil seal nut on the pressure regulating valve, loosen the lock nut, turn the adjusting screw with a screwdriver, and screw in the adjusting bolt to increase the oil pressure; lower the rotation until it is adjusted to the specified range. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut and install the oil nut.
5. Triangular tape tension adjustment When the diesel engine is working, the delta rubber belt should maintain a certain degree of tension. When 29 to 49N of pressure is applied to the middle of the V-belt, the tape should be able to press 10 to 20mm. Over-tightening will cause increased wear of the bearing on the charging generator, fan and pump; too loose will cause the driven accessory to reach the required rotation speed, resulting in a drop in the charging generator voltage, a decrease in the fan air flow rate and the pump flow rate, thus affecting the diesel engine. The normal operation, it should regularly check and adjust the triangular tape tension.
The tension of the 12-cylinder V-diesel cam bead is adjusted by using the adjustment screw on the fan frame to change the fan shaft on the mount.
The 6-cylinder diesel engine can be adjusted by changing the position of the charging generator and the tensioner. After the elasticity of the V-belt is appropriate, the stay is fixed.
The correct use and tensioning of the triangular rubber band is beneficial to extending the service life of the triangular rubber band.
