Wang Xiushan analyzed that the level of development of the wheel industry is inseparable from the level of equipment manufacturing. For example, the consistency and accuracy of the wheel product quality are closely related to the accuracy and reliability of the equipment. Wang Xiushan believes that the overall market demand for China's wheel industry is still gradually expanding, and if this industry wants to continue to grow, it must have coordinated development of other related industries, such as materials, equipment, and electrical and mechanical industries.
However, due to many problems in the related supporting industries, the development of the wheel industry has been affected to some extent. Taking the equipment manufacturing industry as an example, most of the machinery industry currently researches general-purpose equipment, and the wheel industry special equipment accounts for a small portion of them. Moreover, these wheel equipment companies are all divided into different fields, regardless of their value or scale. , it seems insignificant, so did not attract enough attention.
In order to solve this problem, Wang Xiushan suggested that the wheel equipment industry should start with researching product design and wheel manufacturing technology, and even further study the demand performance and future development trend of wheel products. Only in this way can we better cross from the current passive state to complete a turnkey project based on a product drawing.
