On March 25, 2013, Sinopec Lubricant Company and the Dutch company TNB signed a cooperation agreement for the production and supply of marine lubricants, and selected TNB as a partner in the European market. The signing of this cooperation agreement marks the successful export of SINOPEC lubricants to the European market.

In Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States, marine lube oil production and supply service networks have been successively established. Europe is also a key area for overseas business development. As a professional Dutch lubricant company, TNB is willing to cooperate with Sinopec Lubricants to expand the European market based on local and European lubricants market conditions.
