TWI, the full name is Training Within Industry. In general, it is called supervisory personnel training or supervisory skills. It originated from the 1920s in England, later it is developed in America. In 1950, TWI landed in Japan the first time, and fully spread in the enterprises of Toyota, Nissan, Toshiba and Mitsubishi, then to other countries and area of Asia-Pacific. The first-line leaders are the gatekeepers of Bealead`s front production, the management aspects refer to the employee`s attendance, human adjustment, new teaching, machine inspection, the production schedule confirmation, site operation check, quality inspection. It has the human management, and also has the things management, job position is very important. During the training, the first-line leaders are mainly intensifying skill training, and have new recognition in role cognition and team building, such as how to become the core force. By the local case, they get know of the four stages of teaching method, and also improve problem analysis and problem solving skills. Generally speaking, TWI training has done guidance to the first-line supervisors about work teaching skills, work improvement skill, staffing skill (working relationship) and work safety. This is not only helpful to improve their comprehensive management capabilities, but also can help them to guide the first-line workers more efficiently. Thereby all kinds of problems in production can be solved, which can promote to achieve the aim in the aspects of the improvement of Bealead`s production efficiency, quality and cost control After the training, a line of team leaders who have participated in the training have positive response, and expressed that they have a lot of harvest.
