Compared with the DF32 Integral Manual Multiple Directional Valve, the GDF32 Multi-Directional Directional Valve has the following advantages: The inlet check valve is structurally external and the valve stem adopts a solid structure. Compared with the original hollow valve stem, the solid stem has good rigidity, small elastic deformation, small thermal deformation, and can obtain higher precision of the shape position after machining, and the fitting clearance between the valve stem and the valve body hole is more appropriate, and the stem diameter ratio is more The original hollow stem should be small, so greatly reduce the internal leakage factors of the multi-directional valve from the structure; the optimal design of the pressure equalization groove will not cause the hydraulic clamping when the valve stem is in high pressure and large flow, and the operating force is small; The design of the throttling groove makes the effective governing range of the multi-way reversing valve wide, and the micro-motion control characteristics are good. When the boom is lowered, the hydraulic power has little effect on the control of the valve stem.
The GDF32 multi-way valve and the DF32 multi-way valve have nearly the same installation dimensions and can be completely interchanged on the whole machine. After installation and tracking, the boom settlement is nearly 1/2 smaller than the DF32 valve, and the operating force is 10N-15N smaller than the DF32 valve.
