ZF bag filter material is ultrasonic welded with synthetic fabric, melt-blowm fabric, compound media,etc. Instead of using the old-fashioned production process, now we adopt multi-layer filter media to reach multistage filtration, guide the wind through bag filter in a very uniform way and make lower resistance, longer service life, practical and well-looking bag filter material. • Equipped with advanced machines and technology, we are the first manufacturer to start ultrasonic welding bag filter material in China. Applying melt-blown technology to compound three layers of filter media together, the first crude fiber filter layer catch larger dust, the finer fiber layer capture smaller dust, the outer layer is the protective layer. Reasonable multi-layer design guarantee good performance, stable melt-blown technology avoid air leakage caused by air pressure, spacer avoid the adhesion between bags, make air flow more even and smooth, decrease resistance and reach the max dust volume. • The enhanced type bag filter change the structure of traditional coarse fiber layer, the previous filter cotton is made of bending fiber in disorder, while the fiber structure of enhanced type is 3D spiral structure under special process, air go through more even, thus greatly decrease resistance of 30% to traditional type. The spiral fiber has good resilience and better diversion of air flow, make air out more even and resistance smaller.
