1. Procurement and storage of labor insurance products:

1.3. The supply department must purchase in the labor insurance procurement according to the principle of application, aesthetics and generous quality. After the quality of the labor insurance products and the production unit, the supply must be contacted and replaced in accordance with the actual situation.
2. Distribution of labor insurance products:
2.1. The issuance standards for labor insurance products shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the company, and shall not be arbitrarily raised and lowered.
2.2. The warehouse should establish a labor insurance distribution card and insist on the one-person-one-card system.
2.3. Due to the transfer and adjustment of the post, the staff shall implement the regulations for labor insurance products in the new post.
2.4. The issuance of labor insurance products by all units shall be made by the units themselves, and shall be given by the warehouse after being approved by the competent factory manager.
2.5, labor insurance supplies must be sent to the hands of the workers before the 5th of each month, no delay.
2.6. The public labor insurance of the mineral processing plant shall issue the bill of materials from the warehouse and issue it according to the public labor insurance standard of the selected factory.
3. Management of labor insurance products:
3.1. When the employee leaves the factory, the unexpired labor insurance such as work clothes and work caps shall be converted into expenses according to the purchase cost price, which shall be deducted by the company's finance department.
3.2. If the employee is less than 15 days in the month of attendance, the labor insurance supplies for the current month will not be issued.
3.3. Labor supplies are essential for the safety and health of employees. They must wear necessities and labor protection products during work to protect themselves. The party shall bear 40% of the financial responsibility for personal injury caused by not wearing protective equipment or wearing it.
