First, the class inspection

5. Inspect the operation of the conveyor belt and find that the deviation is adjusted and adjusted in time. If the conveyor belt joint is abnormal or the conveyor belt is seriously worn, it should be treated or repaired in time.

6. Check the contact, wear and cleaning effects of the tail cleaner and the conveyor belt.

7. Check the deviation of the conveyor belt in the tail.

Second, daily inspection

In addition to the contents of the class inspection, you should also pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Check and deal with problems that cannot be solved and handled by the class inspection.

2. Check the fasteners that are often in vibration during the movement, such as: drive device, transmission frame, tensioning winch and each roller installation positioning bolt, whether it is loose, if it is loose, it should be tightened.

3. Clean all key parts of the drive unit every day to clean up the dust and debris in time.

4. Check the gear unit and its lubrication system for oil leakage and handle it in time.

5. Check if the fluid coupling leaks oil and the use of the plum blossom elastic disk.

6. Check the contact between the machine head and the tail cleaner scraper and the conveyor belt, and replace the worn scraper in time.

7. Check if the tension of the conveyor belt is normal, and whether the pulley of the swimming trolley and the pulley of the tensioner are rotating normally.

8. Check if the joint of the conveyor belt is worn, whether the conveyor belt is deflected, whether the belt is pulled or not.

9. Each rolling bearing is oiled according to the working conditions.

10. Check whether the safety devices of the electronic control are normal.

11. Check the inspection records and carefully check the daily inspection records.

Third, the inspection

In addition to the contents of the daily inspection, you should also pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Check the working heat and stability of the motor and find that the abnormality is handled in time.

2. Check whether the action of the electric hydraulic pusher is normal, whether there is oil leakage, or whether there is oil leakage.

3. Check the daily inspection records and carefully prepare the inspection records.

Fourth, monthly inspection

In addition to the content of the inspection, you should also pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Check the oil level of the reducer and its lubrication system and refuel in time.

2. Whether the wire rope of the tension winch is worn, whether the pulley rotation is flexible, and the tension of the air belt is re-adjusted.

3. Check whether the fasteners of each component are loose, and find that they are loose and tighten immediately. 4.1 Roller and roller

4.1.1 The surface of each drive roller is smooth, no damage, flexible operation, and no burr on the edge of the roller.

4.1.2 The rubber layer of the rubber surface roller should be closely attached to the surface of the roller, and there should be no delamination and cracking.

4.1.3 The diameter of the drive roller should be the same, and the diameter difference should not be greater than 1mm.

4.1.4 The idler should be flexible and free of card grouping.

4.1.5 The amount of wear of the rubber layer on the buffer roller surface shall not exceed half of the original projection height.

4.2 frame

4.2.1 The head frame, the tailstock and the tensioning device frame shall not have the phenomenon of open welding. If there is any deformation, it shall be leveled and straightened. The two corresponding planes of the mounted bearing shall be in the same plane, and the flatness, the tolerance of the corresponding hole spacing on the two side bearing seats and the diagonal tolerance shall not be greater than those specified in Table 2-3-1.

4.3 tape tensioning and telescopic device

4.3.1 The traction frame is free from damage and deformation. The wheels run freely on the track without any noise.

4.3.2 The trolley track has no deformation, the connection is reliable, and the itinerary meets the requirements.

4.3.3 The traction winch gearbox is well sealed, the transmission is stable and there is no abnormal noise.

4.3.4 The traction winch brake device should be flexible in operation and reliable in action; the brake force of the brake shoe is uniform and the braking torque is required; the wire rope has no broken strands, is arranged neatly on the drum, and the rope head is firm and reliable.

4.3.5 The drum, pulley and sprocket have no missing edges and cracks, and the operation is flexible and reliable.

4.4 Cleaner and protection device

4.4.1 The cleaning device must be installed at the machine head and the tail, and the cleaning device of the cleaner is intact. The height of the rubber scraper of the cleaner shall not be less than 20mm and sufficient pressure; the contact with the tape shall be straight and the contact length shall not be less than 85%.

4.4.2 After the disc brake is assembled, the axial line of the cylinder and the spindle axis should be parallel; in the loose state, the gap between the brake block and the brake disc should not exceed 2 mm; the contact area between the brake disc and the brake block Not less than 85%.

4.4.3 After the hydraulic electromagnetic brake brake is assembled, the brake shoe does not touch the surface of the brake wheel in the loose state; the contact area between the brake shoe and the brake wheel after closing shall not be less than 90%; there shall be no leakage during braking. .
