2. The temperature indication is above or below the actual temperature of the site. After the sensor is replaced, this phenomenon still remains.
The temperature and pressure circuit is damaged. Replaceable temperature and pressure circuit.
Second, the precession vortex flowmeter head no display
1. The flow meter does not have 24V power supply or battery power. Supply 24V power to the flowmeter or replace the flowmeter battery.
2. The flow meter panel is damaged. Replace the flow meter LCD panel.
3. The flowmeter board is damaged. Replace the flow meter board.
4. The power supply is connected incorrectly or disconnected. Find and reconnect.
Third, precession swirl gas flow meter head temperature, instantaneous flow is displayed, the pressure does not match the actual working pressure indicator
1. If the pressure indication is “80†or the flowmeter “upper pressure limit†(the upper limit can be found in the flow meter selection reference table).
One is to connect a new pressure sensor to see if the meter shows the local atmospheric pressure. If the local atmospheric pressure is displayed, the original sensor is damaged. Replaceable pressure sensor. The second is the external half of the new pressure sensor. If the meter still shows “80â€, it proves that the flowmeter motherboard is bad. Replaceable flow meter board.
2. The pressure indication is basically a certain value (the field working pressure changes greatly, the flowmeter meter shows no change in pressure or changes).
One is that pressure sensors take pressure holes. Can clear the pressure hole. The second is that the linear calibration curve of the pressure sensor deteriorates. The pressure sensor can be replaced or recalibrated.
Four, precession vortex flow meter head shows normal temperature and pressure, no instantaneous flow rate display
1. The size of the flow meter is too large. If the type is too large, the flow meter will show no flow. One is to lower the lower cutoff frequency of the flowmeter (this allows the flowmeter to be used, but it will cause the flowmeter to be less accurate). The second is to replace the small size flowmeter.
2. The preamplifier has no current input. The flowmeter has no power supply and is used for 24V external power supply or battery power supply.
3. The preamplifier has no frequency output. Replaceable preamplifier.
4. The primary swirling vortex meter plate is damaged. Replaceable flow meter board.
