Solenoid valve use and maintenance

One, 1-2 times a year regular maintenance is the best way for solenoid valve reliable work and long life. The following four conditions inside the solenoid valve are the reasons that prevent the normal operation of the solenoid valve and shorten its life.

(1) The use of media quality changes.

(2) Take over the rust inside.

(3) Oxidation of the oil in the air compressor generates carbon particles, tar, and other impurities, and mixes in the pipe.

(4) There are dust, dirt, and other debris in the pipeline.

2. When the solenoid valve is put into operation after it is installed or after a long period of decommissioning, it must pass through the media and test several times. After the solenoid valve is working properly, it can be put into operation.

3. When the steam valve is put into operation again after it has been deactivated for a long time, the condensate should be drained several times after it has been put into operation.

Fourth, before maintenance, must cut off the power, remove the media pressure Fifth, the coil assembly should not be opened.

Sixth, open the solenoid valve for cleaning, you can use kerosene, trichloroethylene and other solutions.

Solenoid valve fault analysis and troubleshooting method Solenoid valve fault will directly affect the action of the switching valve and regulating valve. Common faults are solenoid valve does not operate, should be investigated from the following aspects:

(1) The solenoid valve lug looses or the wire ends fall off. The solenoid valve must not be electrically charged. The lug can be tightened.

(2) The solenoid coil is burned out. The solenoid valve connection can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If the circuit is opened, the solenoid valve coil is burned out. The reason is that the coil is damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic flux leakage, resulting in the coil processing method that can be used to infiltrate the wire from the small hole of the head to make it rebound. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve plug and valve plug sleeve, and clean it with carbon tetrachloride so that the valve plug moves flexibly in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence of the components and the external wiring positions so that the assembly and wiring can be performed correctly. In addition, the oil spray hole of the oil sprayer should be checked to see if the oil is sufficient.

(3) leak. Leakage can cause insufficient air pressure, making it difficult to open and close a forced valve due to damage to the gasket or sliding valve wear resulting in several cavities.
