4.8 billion sensor industry base settled in Hainan

On the morning of the 28th, Hainan Province and Beijing Guohao Sensor Technology Research Institute and Sichuan Wonderful Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Haikou to jointly build a sensor industrial base. The project plans to invest 4.8 billion yuan.

According to the agreement, Hainan Provincial People's Government decided to establish a long-term strategic partnership with Beijing Guohao Sensor Technology Research Institute and Sichuan Wonderful Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. The two sides launched a full range of strategic cooperation in sensor R&D, production and other fields. The project plans to invest 4.8 billion yuan in two phases with a total construction period of 6 years and an annual production value of 12 billion yuan. After the project is completed, it will fill the gap in the R&D and production of Hainan's sensors and promote the development of strategic emerging industries in Hainan Province.

It is understood that Beijing Guohao Sensor Technology Research Institute is a research institute specializing in sensors and system technology in China and has undertaken many national 863 and 973 projects. It has independently developed new dual-use micro-nanosensors for military and civilian use, and has been used in many key technologies. A breakthrough has been made. The core technology has independent intellectual property rights and has obtained national defense patents. Its technical indicators have reached the world's leading level.
