The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China approved the issuance of 1,081 industry standards on December 20, 2011. As one of the batches of industry standards, the textile industry standard "horizontal machine CNC system" will be formally implemented on July 1 this year.

This standard specifies requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, and storage of the flat knitting machine control system. It is applicable to needles, tucking, transfer and other needles and pick holes, jacquard, intarsia, and clear. The knitting functions of the basic structure such as needles and dark stitches consist of a flat knitting machine numerical control system consisting of an input/output device, a numerical control device, a signal feedback device, a drive device, and an actuator device.

The purpose of this standard is to regulate product quality, guide the market, and improve the level of digital control systems for similar equipment. The standard fully considers the current technological level and the development needs of future technologies, and stipulates related indicators. The formulation of major technical indicators is aimed at the international advanced level, leading the domestic market and laying a foundation for the improvement and development of computerized flat knitting machine manufacturing in China. . In the preparation process, the preparation team conducted a lot of research and testing work, accumulated sufficient data, and the requirements and test methods of the standards were operability.

This standard is proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council and is under the jurisdiction of the National Standardization Technical Committee on Textile Machinery and Accessories (SAC/TC215). The Technical Committee of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Industrial Machinery Electrical System Textile Machinery (SAC/TC231/SC1) .
