In order to further strengthen the fire safety awareness of the government staff and improve the fire prevention and control capabilities and emergency response capacity, on April 20, the Dushanzi Petrochemical Company Ethylene Plant held an emergency fire drill plan for office buildings.
The drills proceeded in an orderly manner according to a predetermined plan, and the evacuation actions were prompt and timely. The drills were conducted in a commanding, orderly and effective manner.
The entire drill was set up with four nodes: "Discovering Fire, Reporting Information", "Orderly Evacuation, Giving Play to the Role of Emergency Response," "Collecting Persons at Designated Sites, Counting Numbers," and "Extinguishing the Fire, Termination of Instructions." In order to ensure the smooth conduct of the drills, the factory office (Party Office) formulated an emergency plan for the emergency of office buildings and set up an emergency team. Through drills, personnel of ethylene plant authorities can escape in time when fire accidents occur, to minimize personal injury and property losses.
