China's rubber machinery technology has achieved a major breakthrough

The 49/51-inch all-steel giant engineering radial tire one-step molding machine developed by Tianjin Saixiang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has been successfully tested on a few days ago, producing a giant all-steel engineering radial tire, which marks the world’s first giant Radial Tire One-time Molding Machine was launched in Tianjin.
It is understood that molding machines are the most critical core equipment for producing giant radial tires. At present, only a handful of companies, including Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, and Yokohama, have giant radial tire production technologies and equipment. However, their molding equipment is currently a two-time method, and the technology of process equipment is strictly confidential.
Tianjin Saixiang insisted on original innovation when determining the technical route. It adopts a one-step molding. After no reference and information, after nearly two years of efforts, it not only broke the monopoly of foreign countries, but also opened up a precedent for the creation of rubber machinery in China.
According to reports, the entire process of the equipment is controlled by computer and closed-loop control. All molding operations are completed on a single guide rail. The tire molding has high precision, good quality and high production efficiency. The giant radial tire produced by this equipment is about 3 meters in diameter. According to actual measurement, the diameter error is only 0.72 millimeters, the weight error is controlled within 1.5%, and all the indicators fully meet the technological requirements. This is also the world’s first 33.00R51 ultra-heavy all-steel engineering radial tire produced by one-shot molding.

Naipu AF vertical froth pumps are of heavy duty construction, designed for continuous pumping of highly abrasive and corrosive frothy slurries. They have a vertical shaft configuration, and comprise a hopper, with vertical Bearing Assembly, and Type`NP-AH` pump wet-end. They feature a wide choice of replaceable abrasion resistant metal or moulded elastomer casing liners and Impellers.
