Swing-arm Type Telescopic Belt Conveyor

The manoeuvrable roller table diversion located at the bottom of the conveyor structure is a bouncing device and outputs product from the sorter as the roller table spirals up to the left or right. When tracking in different windows, the sorting rate is nearly 7500 pieces/h. A disadvantage of line sorters is that they often require very complex confluence stations to guide products efficiently into the system. The merging station directs products from several conveyor belts into one main conveyor line and creates fixed or different gaps between the products to force them into the sorter, depending on the type of sorting. Ring Sorter The Ring Sorter costs more than the Linear Sorter, but it offers better functionality and flexibility than the Linear Sorter. It can achieve very high sorting speeds, with a design speed of up to 40,000 pieces/h and several hundreds of distribution lines.
