Phosphorus ore usually underground mining and open pit mining. Most of China's phosphate deposits are located in mountainous areas and are buried deep. Underground mining accounts for about 60% of the total output of the original ore. The commonly used empty field method and caving method are mainly based on the room column method and the sublevel caving method. The main mining methods for underground mining of phosphate rock are shown in the table below.
The proportion of ore mined in open pit mining in China accounts for about 40% of the output of phosphate rock. China has built a number of large and medium-sized open pit mines such as Kunyang, Haikou, Liuyang, Huangmailing, Yufu and Dagukou. Most of these open pit mines are hillside open pit mines, and a single automobile road development and transportation system accounts for the vast majority.
Perforation equipment: Large and medium-sized mines use submerged hole drilling rigs , and some use 45R cone drilling rigs ; local small mines are mainly light rock drills , and a few mines still use steel rope impact drills.
Equipment: 1~4.6 m 3 diesel shovel, electric shovel and a small number of hydraulic shovel and bucket shovel.
Transportation equipment: 3.5 to 32 t dump trucks, and auxiliary production vehicles of various tonnages.
Auxiliary equipment: 80-320 horsepower bulldozers, as well as front loading machines and road rollers.
