The recommended models are helpful in changing the status quo and improving transportation efficiency. As we all know, China's medium- and heavy-duty truck market has historically been closely linked with national policies. After this “good policy” is introduced, will the current low-to-middle-heavy card market follow the promotion of the recommended models?

In fact, in an interview with some users and dealers recently, the reporter found that the recommended models have encountered problems in the promotion. When asked about the sales of the recommended models, dealers in many regions expressed that it was not clear that there was a “recommended model”. Other dealers said they only knew about it and apparently did not understand it further. It has been more than two months since the introduction of the "Regulations". However, there are still so many dealers who do not know much about it or do not attach much importance to it. This proves that the impact of the recommended models is not enough. On the other hand, it also proves that The government has again committed the old problem of weak enforcement.

In some dealers and users who understand the situation, many people also expressed that they are not optimistic about the prospect of the recommended models. A user even asked reporters in an interview. Why are there no large companies such as FAW and Dongfeng? In fact, on the day when the list of recommended models was announced, many people found that none of the 24 heavy-duty card manufacturers of FAW, Dongfeng, and Shaanxi Auto appeared in the 24 recommended models. However, from the January-May sales and sales data for this year, heavy truck sales totaled 127,924 units, while sales of FAW, Dongfeng and Shaanxi Auto were 28,529, 28,123 and 13,327, respectively. According to the Ministry of Communications, the recommended model will be supported by relevant policies, such as obtaining free vehicle inspections, detention, and fines, and being able to quickly pass such special permits in the inspection of overloaded vehicles. Will these convenient conditions guide the user's purchase of vehicles? In this regard, Fu Wenguo said that in the governance overload limit, various local governments exposed the problem of inconsistent policies, implementation of different strengths, so most users of these recommended models of preferential policies are only reported to wait and see attitude, so This has little effect on their purchase of vehicles.

What about the brands that were selected as the recommended models for their sales in these two months? Transport vehicles and bulk cement trucks do not involve construction vehicles, dump trucks, and cement mixers. From the current market, the demand for the latter models is much greater.

It has been more than two months since the introduction of the recommended model, but from the current market reaction, the market effect it produces is not obvious. Although the Ministry of Communications issued a series of preferential policies, it is clear that truck users do not feel bad about it. Why is this? As truck users, trucks are the tools to make money. They are the most economical, heavy, and convenient. It is correct for government agencies to publish recommended models to consider the long-term healthy development of China's truck market. However, judging from the current interests of the users, the implementation of policies and regulations in earnest and thoroughly will probably be the first thing the government should do.
