China's bearing industry should strengthen the degree of marketization to market-oriented

In recent years, the domestic bearing industry has rapidly expanded its production scale, ranking fourth in the world, and improving its technology and technology. However, the distance from the bearing powerhouse is still far away. It is mainly manifested in the low proportion of high-precision, high-tech and high-value-added products, poor product stability, low reliability, and short life. Bearing enterprises in the country must achieve the strategic goal of “bearing China’s bearing industry from a big bearing country to a world leading bearing country” proposed in the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” of the bearing industry, and must increase investment in technical equipment and talents.
In recent years, the domestic bearing industry has rapidly expanded its production scale, with nearly 2,000 bearing companies, of which more than 900 have sales revenues of more than 5 million yuan, and the number is the largest in the world. However, the bearing industry in China still exists problems such as low level of manufacturing technology and low industry concentration, and it is still far from the bearing power.
1, China's bearing industry production concentration is low. In the world bearing about 30 billion US dollars in sales, the world's 8 largest multinational companies accounted for 75% -80%. The two major German companies account for 90% of its national total, Japan 5 accounts for 90% of its national total, and the United States 1 accounts for 56% of its national total. The seven bearing enterprises with annual sales of more than RMB 1 billion, such as tile shafts, accounted for only 28.3% of the total sales in the industry. The production concentration of the top 30 companies was only 43.6%.
2. China's bearing industry has low R&D and innovation capabilities. Since most enterprises are still at a low level in the construction and operation of innovation systems, capital investment in R&D and innovation, and talent development, and with the development of scientific research institutes for industrial services, the country has no research on common technologies in the industry. The investment has weakened the R&D capabilities for the industry. Therefore, the whole industry is characterized by “two weak and two weak”, that is, basic theoretical research is weak, participation in international standard formulation is weak, less original technology, and less patented products. At present, our design and manufacturing technologies are basically imitative and are consistently implemented for decades. The product development capability is low. The performance is as follows: Although the matching rate for domestic hosts reaches 80%, the matching and maintenance of important bearings such as high-speed railway passenger cars, medium and high-end passenger cars, computers, air conditioners, and high-level rolling mills are basically imported.
3, China's bearing industry manufacturing technology is low. China's bearing industry manufacturing process and process equipment technology development is slow, the car processing CNC low rate, grinding processing automation level is low, the country has only 200 automatic production lines. Most enterprises, especially state-owned and old enterprises, still have traditional equipment as their main production force.
Advanced heat treatment processes and equipment that are critical to bearing life and reliability, such as controlled atmosphere protection heating, double refinement, and bainite quenching, have low coverage, and many technical challenges have failed to achieve breakthroughs. The research and development of new steel grades for bearing steels, the improvement of steel quality, and the development of related technologies such as lubrication, cooling, cleaning, and abrasives, have not yet been able to meet the requirements of bearing product levels and quality improvement. As a result, the process capability index is low, the consistency is poor, the product processing size dispersion is large, and the inherent quality of the product is unstable, which affects the accuracy, performance, life, and reliability of the bearing.
In view of the above situation, China proposed the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" for the bearing industry. China's bearing industry will be market-oriented and corporate-oriented, promote independent innovation capabilities and upgrade the design and manufacturing technology, and promote the construction of large companies and "little giants". Improve core competitiveness, increase production concentration, and achieve transformation from scale growth to quality and efficiency. In 2010, some of the products of some companies reached the level of international competitiveness and laid the foundation for becoming one of the leading bearing countries in the world. By 2020, they will achieve the goal of becoming a leading bearing country in the world of bearing production and accelerate the revitalization of China's equipment manufacturing industry. contribution.
In 2020, we will achieve the goal of a world-leading bearing country. Product precision, performance, longevity, and reliability will reach the level of similar products of large foreign companies during the same period. Bearings for major equipment will be domestically realized: Design and manufacturing technologies will reach the level of large companies outside the same period, and there will be a number of core technologies. Own independent intellectual property rights; there are 3-5 companies with independent intellectual property rights and world-renowned brands and strong international competitiveness; the total scale of production and sales in the industry ranks among the top in the world, with 2-3 domestic-funded holding companies entering the world bearing The top 10 sales; industry production concentration reached more than 80%.
