Application
The machine is mainly used for automatic cleaning and drying of vessels during solid preparation production in the pharmaceutical industry. A double-cavity hopper cleaning machine can meet the cleaning and drying requirements of different specifications of mixing hoppers or transferring hoppers. It is an ideal machine for automatic cleaning and drying of large batches of vessels in pharmaceutical plants. It is also widely used in such industries as medicine, chemical industry, food, etc.

Principle
The machine is composed of front conveying line, cleaning room, drying room, end conveying line, pump station, air handling unit, electric cabinet, operation box, etc. Conveying, cleaning, drying and cooling of the hopper are completed automatically according to the system setting. The automatic program can realize continuous work of many work stations. When it works, manually push the hopper onto the front conveying line. After passing through the automatic conveying line, the hopper completes cleaning and drying. After cooled at the end conveying line, the hopper will be moved away manually, sent to middle station and stored in it for future use in production.
