Water-based fire extinguisher standards
The standard setting of water-based fire extinguishers is revised in accordance with GB 4398-1984 "Hand-held water fire extinguisher" and is based on GB 4351-1997 "General technical conditions for portable water-based fire extinguishers" and ISO/DIS. 7162-1995 "Fire-fighting portable water-based fire extinguisher performance and structural requirements" as the basis for the provisions of the water-based fire extinguishers technical requirements, signs and inspection rules.
1. Technical requirements
Water-based fire extinguishers are available in three sizes: 3L, 6L, and 9L, and fire extinguishers have a temperature range of -10 to 55 degrees Celsius and 5 to 55 degrees Celsius. Within this range, the fire extinguisher has a remaining injection rate of less than 10%. The jet lag time is less than 5 seconds;

The fire extinguisher must be packaged in accordance with the requirements for storage and transportation. The name, model, and specification of the product must be included on the package; the quantity and dimensions of the interior (length, width, and height); the date of manufacture and its serial number; the marking 'Preventing moisture' or 'Forbidden' Sun exposure' and other words;
3. Test methods
Fire extinguishers sampling methods and results assessment should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GA 90-1994.
The formal name of Blind Flange is flange cover, and some are also called blind flange or pipe plug. It is a flange without a hole in the middle, which is used to block the pipe mouth. It has the same function as the head and the pipe cap, except that the blind plate seal is a detachable sealing device, and the head seal is not ready to be opened again. The blind plate is mainly used to completely isolate the production medium, prevent the production from being affected or even cause accidents due to the loose closing of the shut-off valve. The blind plate shall be set at the part requiring isolation, such as the nozzle of equipment, the front and back of shut-off valve or between two flanges, and it is often recommended to use the spectacle blind plate; the plug-in plate (circular blind plate) can also be used for the part requiring one-time use such as pressing and purging.
