This series production line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic window&door, cross-section cable duct, aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc. The extruder adopts AC variable frequency or DC speed regulation drive, imported brand temperature controller.

The calibration vacuum pump and haul off motor are famous brand products. Maintenance is easy. After changing of the die and screw, is also can produce the Synthetic wood foam profiles better than Single Screw Extruder performance and advantage.

The extrusion lines consists of KRSJ twin Conical Screw Extruder and KRSJ single screw extruder, equipped with corresponding MSYF-seried profile auxiliary accessories and moulds, the following products can be produced: PVC/PP/PE plastic & wood profile, plastic & wood sheet , foamed profile, panels and others.
