Prof. Jin Xing from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) introduced the overall situation of the project to leaders and expert groups. This project focuses on the development of self-excited all-solid-state ICP RF source equipment with independent intellectual property rights and world-class standards. The company will carry out engineering and industrialization, and at the same time establish a scale production line with an annual production capacity of 500 sets. The annual sales volume will be more than 300 sets within 3 years after completion of the project, and it will support 500 sets of ICP analysis instruments.

This project will develop a self-excited all-solid-state ICP RF source operating at 27.12 MHz with a frequency stability of better than 0.01%, a power stability of better than 0.1%, and an output power continuously adjustable from 0.6 to 1.7 kW.

In terms of application development, this project aims at the application of ICP RF sources in spectroscopy and mass spectrometry and integrates the developed ICP sources on domestic ICP-OES and ICP-MS. The measured sensitivity, background noise, detection limit, and long-term stability The main performance indicators were compared with domestic ICP-OES and ICP-MS with imported ICP radio frequency sources to verify whether the performance of the ICP RF source developed in this project satisfies the requirements of ICP-OES and ICP-MS. The formed test report and application demonstration effect will play a good leading role in the promotion and application of ICP RF source in domestic ICP-MS.

In terms of industrialization, the project will rely on industrialization as the basis of the unit, carry out product development in accordance with the product development (IPD) process, manage with reference to ISO 9001:2001 quality standards, establish a comprehensive ICP RF source product quality management system, and material quality. Management specifications and product order fulfillment specifications to ensure the smooth implementation of pilot, pilot and scale production of ICP RF sources. Establish a corresponding quality management system, build a production line, and achieve more than 300 sets of self-excited all-solid-state ICP RF source sales.

The ICP radio frequency source developed by this project with China's independent intellectual property rights has reached the level of similar foreign products, and will greatly promote the domestic technological maturity of ICP-OES and ICP-MS, reaching the same level of foreign advanced level, and capable of being a domestic element. Detect all kinds of complex application environments; At the same time achieve localized application, localization maintenance and cost reduction, completely replace imported products, reduce costs, not only to promote instrument companies to reduce costs and improve product competitiveness, but also to help domestic ICP analysis equipment Increase competitiveness in the entire elemental inspection instrument market.

In short, through the implementation of this project, localization and industrialization of self-excited all-solid-state RF power with independent intellectual property rights will be realized, and a production line with an annual output capacity of 500 sets of ICP RF sources will be established in Hangzhou, and batches will be realized.
