The tank-type kitchen garbage truck is the most basic type of kitchen garbage truck. The tank-type kitchen garbage truck is easy to operate and affordable. Generally, there are three models, small, medium and large. The tank body is made of 5mm high quality Q235 carbon steel plate (also made of stainless steel). The upper part of the tank body and the rear head are hinged. The rear head is hydraulically controlled to open and close the back cover. When the back cover is opened, the unloading work can be started, the hydraulic cylinders are installed on both sides of the tail of the tank to realize the lifting of the tank body, and the unloading work is better completed; the hydraulic locking control of the back cover is provided, and the wear-resistant anti-corrosion silicone sealing strip is provided. The sealing function is implemented by hydraulic control; the front end of the tank body is equipped with a hanging bucket lifting mechanism to realize loading and unloading garbage, and the front end of the hanging bucket hoist is equipped with a circular liquid level gauge. There are three ways for the canned kitchen garbage truck to discharge the internal kitchen garbage. One is the sewage outlet with the ball valve control, which can remove the liquid in the kitchen waste through the pipeline, and the second can be lifted by the tank. Garbage is discharged from the outside of the tank, and the third is to install a push-plate device, which is combined with the tank lifting and unloading method to more thoroughly push the garbage out of the tank.
