The content of the strategic cooperation framework agreement is that the company purchased an automatic water meter testing equipment with a bore diameter of DN80 to DN200 and installed it on Jingzhao water meter for both parties to use for meter testing. Jingzhao Water Meter provides places for both parties to carry out R&D and after-sales services for various types of water meters. The resulting intellectual property rights are shared by both parties. Jingzhao Water Meter will entrust the Sanchuan Group to manufacture the required smart water meters (DN15 to DN20) and special-purpose water meters. The above cooperation period is from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2021.
