The KCB gear oil pump series consists of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal and so on.The gear is treated with high hardness and wear resistance.The shaft is installed in a replaceable shaft sleeve.The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved when the pump is working.
The four bearings in the pump are mounted in the pump, and the end clearance is adjusted automatically with the pressure of work. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the dissolved product efficiency is high.

The pump seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. When the delivered medium is high temperature, high vise or strong corrosion, packing seal should be adopted.When the delivered medium is easy crystalline, we can design the heat preservation jacket in pump casing and front cover in order to melt the medium with steam when working. The pump can be also fitted with the safety valve.
